- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Kimberly Carmichael is a Five Star dentist, in my opinion. She and her assistant, Maureen, do wonderful work. I am a High Fear Patient, a one percenter. I put off going to a dentist until it passes the critical point and I am in such pain that I can no longer tolerate it. Dr. Carmichael and Maureen did the work superbly and in such a manner to minimize my terror. If your mental image of dentists is Steve Martin's character from the movie "Little Shop of Horrors", then Dr. Carmichael and Cudahy Dental Associates is the solution for you.
